

REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: February 17, 2025
At Meghan Leah ("I," "me," or "my"), I strive to provide high-quality services tailored to each client's needs. Due to the nature of freelance work, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

All deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Once work has begun on a project, partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed.

Refunds are not available for completed work or delivered projects.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY

If a client cancels a project before work has started, a refund (minus any administrative or consultation fees) may be issued.

If a client cancels after work has begun, a refund may be issued at my discretion, deducting the cost of work completed up to that point.
3. REVISION & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

I offer a set number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges but do not qualify for a refund.

If a client is dissatisfied with the work, I will make reasonable efforts to revise or improve the project within the agreed terms.
4. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

The client changes their mind after approving project milestones or deliverables.

The client fails to provide required information, feedback, or materials in a timely manner, delaying project completion.

Services were fully rendered as per the agreement.
5. PROCESSING REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

Clients requesting a refund must do so in writing, outlining the reason for the request.
