I was brought into this project when the business owners felt stuck with a website that no longer supported their growth. Their original site had been built on IONOS by another provider, and they no longer had access or the ability to update it easily. The platform wasn’t user-friendly, and the site itself felt cluttered and disconnected from who they were and where the business was headed.

They needed something clean, intuitive, and easy to manage, a single-scroll website that clearly communicated their services without overwhelm.

I handled the full website redesign from the ground up, creating a streamlined structure that guides visitors naturally through the page. I also set up custom order forms, integrated email workflows to support communication and follow-up, and ensured everything worked together seamlessly behind the scenes.

To complete the refresh, I designed a coordinating business card so their online presence and offline materials felt aligned and professional.

The result is a clear, functional website that supports both the business owner and their customers simple to use, easy to update, and built to grow with them.
