ABOUT

LCWW chose to work with me  because of my established reputation and trust within the cat breeding and exhibitor community, paired with a proven ability to build and run businesses from the ground up. As a recognized breeder, industry leader, and breed preservationist, I already had deep relationships, credibility, and firsthand understanding of the cat world that could not be learned quickly from the outside. My experience owning and operating multiple businesses meant I was comfortable in a fast-moving, startup-style environment—building systems, managing operations, supporting sales, and solving problems in real time. LCWW brought me on to bridge industry insight with operational execution, strengthen relationships with breeders, vendors, and partners, and support the rapid growth and scale of their global events.

  • Coordinated with cross-functional teams to support 50+ global events annually

  • Created and maintained email outreach templates for multiple stages of vendor and rescue engagement

  • Designed vendor- and rescue-facing infographics outlining event benefits and participation opportunities

  • Maintained and promoted the Vendor Friendships Program using Monday.com tracking boards and forms

  • Duplicated vendor data across event and receivables boards and coordinated internal handoffs

  • Updated Vendor Friendship marketing materials as events passed to reflect current pricing and availability

  • Designed and managed upsell opportunities including digital and in-event sponsorships

  • Created educational visuals and pricing structures for vendor and rescue opportunities

  • Developed pre-event communication schedules to promote opportunities to registered and non-attending contacts

  • Coordinated receivables placement and internal tagging once payments or deposits were confirmed

  • Negotiated pricing, bundles, and discounts where appropriate

  • Sponsorship & Partnership Management

  • Managed communications with current and prospective sponsors and partners across the U.S., Canada, and globally

  • Created sponsorship outreach templates, visual infographics, and custom pitch decks

  • Scheduled and facilitated digital meetings with sponsors and LCWW leadership

  • Developed and adjusted sponsorship pricing structures

  • Negotiated sponsorship terms and facilitated placement of digital and investor sponsorship assets

  • Maintained ongoing relationships with sponsors, vendors, and partners

  • Generated leads for vendors, rescues, sponsors, partnerships, local businesses, and press

  • Built rescue lead lists using national rescue directories with 200+ contacts per U.S. location

  • Generated vendor leads from competing events, BringFido, Yelp, and prior LCWW exhibitors

  • Developed re-engagement campaigns for past vendors and follow-up campaigns for non-registered prior attendees

  • Identified sponsor and partner leads from local event sponsorship histories

  • Used ZoomInfo and ContactOut to gather multi-contact decision-maker data

  • Coordinated local press outreach including radio, TV, print, and academic institutions

  • Maintained a non-duplicative lead database using Google Sheets and Monday.com with lifecycle status tracking

  • Designed educational, promotional, and event-based graphics in Canva

  • Created show catalog advertisements and social media graphics

  • Assisted with accurate event schedule creation and updates

  • Managed CRM workflows using Monday.com

  • Maintained organized, scalable boards and automation logic

  • Archived past events, deactivated outdated labels, and created future waitlists

  • Standardized event naming conventions and chronological ordering across boards and forms
