ABOUT
Evia Ballard, owner of EB Creations, wanted to refine her website to truly reflect her brand's heart and story. While she had an online presence, it didn't capture what sets her apart: hand-fabricated jewelry inspired by a lifetime of experience, faith, and personal reflection. Together, we built a cohesive brand experience across her website, messaging, and emails. By streamlining her customer journey, we successfully elevated her unique voice, allowing Evia to spend more time creating meaningful jewelry and less time managing behind-the-scenes details.

REVIEW
April 24, 2026
Working with Meghan has been such a meaningful and grounding part of developing EB Creations. When I started, I had a clear heart for the work and the craft itself, but I needed help bringing structure and clarity to how everything came together.
Meghan stepped into that space thoughtfully—helping refine my Shopify website, organize the backend, and walk through a full audit of what was working and what needed to shift. The changes she made gave the site a more cohesive feel and better flow overall.
She also helped me think more clearly about my voice and how I communicate what I do. Through our work on branding, messaging, and logo direction, everything now feels more aligned with both the work at the bench and the meaning behind it.
The email work was especially impactful. Meghan redesigned my welcome sequence and created templates that feel natural and sustainable for me to continue using. As I shared with her: “I love how you handled each of the email sequences. It is outlined so well that it will give me multiple ways to communicate about the art, the process and how it relates to the ministry through which I feel called in my short story writing. Well done! Each resonates with my voice and will tie into how I visualize the newsletters working.”
That same level of care carried into other areas as well—SEO updates, refining the homepage, and helping the site feel more intentional in how it guides visitors.
She also supported me in areas that felt less familiar, like video. From clothing and backgrounds to lighting and speaking tips, she offered practical guidance and resources that made the process feel much more approachable. Having that kind of support made it easier to take steps I might have otherwise put off.
We also worked through setting up a booking calendar, which has helped create a clearer and more professional way for people to connect with me.
What I appreciate most is how Meghan approaches the work as a whole. She pays attention to how each piece fits together—website, messaging, content, and client experience—while still making space for my voice and vision to lead. I’m really grateful for the time and care she’s put into EB Creations, and I’m looking forward to continuing to build on what we’ve started.
