ABOUT

I was initially hired as a virtual assistant for Dana Hildebrand through a referral from Heather Gibson and, over time, my role evolved to include executive assistance, branding, marketing, and strategic support. Dana was transitioning from a clinical therapist to a podcaster, speaker, life coach, and author, and she sought my expertise in building cohesive brand identities, managing multi-platform content, and creating scalable systems. My work enabled her to expand audience engagement, launch campaigns, and streamline operations while maintaining her authentic voice and vision.

Strategy & Brand Development

  • Developed cohesive brand identities aligned with client mission, voice, and vision, translating concepts into actionable strategies

  • Led 25+ strategy and planning sessions, building 6 major campaign frameworks (Peace Over Pressure, Gratitude, Reflection, Finish Line, Align, Vision Casting)

  • Iterated 10+ brand messaging assets, including bios, About Me sections, pinned posts, and positioning statements

  • Designed 3 platform-specific positioning schemas (Instagram, Community Page, Newsletter)

  • Directed campaign pivots and performance-driven adjustments to optimize reach and engagement
     

Website & Digital Experience

  • Designed and built custom ShinePages websites with optimized layout, UX/UI, typography, color, and SEO best practices

  • Edited or rebuilt 12+ website pages and 5 landing pages, creating and maintaining 3 opt-in forms and 2 booking/request forms

  • Implemented multiple platform integrations (Flodesk, Kajabi, ShinePages, Spotify, Calendly) and set up QR codes and Linktree optimization

  • Ongoing updates to web pages, landing pages, and SEO to support campaigns and engagement
     

Content Creation – Social & Community

  • Produced ~140–165 static and graphic assets, including quote cards, carousel posts, story graphics, pinned posts, and social share images

  • Wrote ~110–130 content pieces, including original captions, CTA frameworks, reel scripts/prompts, and community discussion prompts

  • Managed social media operations across Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Plann, and LinkedIn: content creation, reels, editing, scheduling, and analytics

  • Produced podcasts, reels, and digital assets to enhance audience growth and brand visibility

  • Created 6–8 podcast promotion assets and developed a comprehensive podcast promotion strategy


​Email Marketing & List Building

  • Oversaw Flodesk email marketing including newsletters, automation, segmentation, and design

  • Built full welcome email sequences (5–7 emails) and managed 12–15 weekly newsletters plus 20–25 campaign/event emails

  • Created 6+ automated workflows and 5+ audience segments/tags

  • Contributed to documented list growth: +311 subscribers, +2500% overall list growth, 910% increase in active subscribers
     

Community Building

  • Fully built and manage 1 Facebook community, including pinned posts, scheduled campaigns, community-only content, and live/virtual event assets

  • Implemented 1 automated welcome workflow and facilitated ongoing engagement campaigns

Campaign & IP Development

  • Built 5 core intellectual property assets: Scripture + Declarations PDF, 12-week Warrior’s Roadmap planner, group coaching curriculum outline, freemium/lead magnet framework, coaching campaign assets

  • Delivered ~120–150 campaign-specific assets across 6 multi-week campaigns, including email, social, and community content, plus 5+ proposal rewrites
